Sew Sweet Retreat is held at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA from September 25th-27th.

Vendor setup: 7am-12pm Friday, September 25th

Vendor breakdown: 2pm-6pm Sunday, September 27th

Vendor Hall Hours: 

• Friday, September 25th: 1pm-5pm (Lunch 12pm-1pm)
• Saturday, September 26th: 9am-5pm (Lunch 12pm-1pm)
• Sunday, September 27th: 9am-2pm (Lunch 12pm-1pm)

Included with your Booth:

• 10x10 space
• 1 eight foot table

**Purchase of this listing serves as an agreement between Vendor and Impish Geek Designs/Sew Sweet Retreat. Vendor is responsible for PA tax registration and event insurance where applicable. Cancellation policy: All cancellations must be in writing. Prior to 60 days - full refund. 0-59 days to event: No refunds. 

Per Sew Sweet Retreats contract with the venue, Hershey Lodge, no outside food or beverage is permitted within the vendor hall (water bottles excluded). Vendor Room will remain locked after show hours. While open, there will always be staffing in the room, even during the lunch hour, to ensure Vendor property is secure.**
