Preorder Policies
- Preorders are for items that are not in stock. They run for a select period of time during which you may place your order, and the TAT (turn around time for fulfillment) will vary from round to round so please see the preorder page for that round to see what the TAT will be.
- Preorder TAT begins on the day after the preorder round closes. It does not include the time in which the preorder is open.
- By purchasing a preorder item you agree that you understand how the TAT works and that your item will not be shipped immediately.
- Read product descriptions carefully on all preorder items to ensure you know exactly what you are buying; we will not refund for buyer's remorse.
Shipping Policies
- Our usual shipping day is Monday. Some orders may ship out on other days, but the only guaranteed day is Monday.
- Vinyls are shipped rolled.
- Fabric is shipped folded or rolled with vinyl.
- When you order more than 1 yard of vinyl, you are agreeing that if the shipping cost is more than the estimate, you will pay the difference which will be invoiced to you prior to shipping.
- You agree that we are not responsible for any duties due on International orders and you are aware that you may have to pay duties if you are purchasing for international shipping.
- You agree that the address listed at the time of purchase is the accurate address for shipping. If you require a shipping address change prior to your item being shipped you must email us at: impishgeekdesigns@gmail.com
- Retail shipping may take up to 10 days.
Sezzle
- Sezzle can be used on Pre-Order and Retail items at checkout.
- Please review Sezzle's Terms & Conditions prior to using them.
Vinyl Discrepancies
- Many of our vinyls have color-shifting or holographic effects. As such, some differences in colors may occur between the preview image and the yardage you receive. Please be aware of this when you purchase as we will not offer refunds for these discrepancies - they are not defects or printing errors.
Refund Policy
Vinyl & Fabric Preorders:
- We will not process refunds on preorders unless the TAT has passed without updates of delays. Because preorders are manufactured internationally, shipping delays may occur, especially during the current global situation. We do our best to prevent these delays and keep our customers up to date on order status, but some things are out of our control. Please carefully read the product descriptions before making your purchase.
- Refunds will not be issued for buyers remorse.
- We are unable to process refunds on products that have been washed and/or cut.
- If a flaw is found on the fabric, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: impishgeekdesigns@gmail.com
- You are responsible for return shipping costs should a return be approved. Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected; this may take up to 7 days upon us receiving the return.
Vinyl & Fabric Retail:
- Refunds will not be processed for buyers remorse.

- If a return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid label for the return shipping. Your original shipping fee will not be refunded.

- Products in this category are all handmade with love, and as such we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully read the product description prior to making your purchase.
