Teacher: Genavieve - Thunderbird Handcrafted

In this workshop, you will be learning the basic steps in creating an indigo dye vat and the natural indigo dyeing process. You'll learn 2 basic indigo shibori folds using your tea towels, and then have 2 half-yard cuts of organic cotton fabrics to repeat or create your own design. This is your fabric to then use in future projects.

Skill Level: Beginner - kids 15+ welcome with adult supervision!

Additional Materials Required:

•  Smock, Apron, or old clothes. This class can be messy.

*Indigo Dye will be available to purchase at the end of class to take home and repeat the
process.

This is an off-site class, and transportation is not provided. You must provide your own transportation.
